Snapshots by Robert Wing (1936-1940)

Sydney High pictures, late 1930s. My dad Robert (Bob) Wing, was at the school from 1936-40. He would not long later join the army, as his older brother had already joined the navy. These pics were taken by him on some kind of box brownie I guess and processed by him, though they have never been printed. I'm thinking it's 1938, as there are some taken at a big event at the Showground, and it was the sesquicentenary that year. Dozens of negs were found in some small envelopes in a box at my mum's and digitised in 2013, so they have not been seen before. I hope some sons of old boys may spot a dad amongst the faces. This year would be 80 years since he started at the school, 40 years since my year left.
