SYDNEY HIGH SCHOOL SPORTS.
The presentation of the prizes won at the Sydney High School sports on the 18th instant took place yesterday afternoon at the school, Ultimo. The girls from the High School in the city and a number of other visitors were present. Mr Coates, the headmaster, opened the proceedings by welcoming them, and then requested Mrs Coates to present the purse, which she did.

Mr. Piddington, one of the masters with whom the High School was started, addressed the boys and gave them some excellent advice. A vote of thanks was accorded to Mrs Coates, and the proceedings terminated.
